Ham Brie Apple And Spinach Panini

This Ham, Brie, Apple and Spinach Panini may be a delicious combination of flavors for gourmet sandwich lovers everywhere! Plus it’s an excellent thanks to spend leftover Easter ham!

This Ham, Brie, Apple and Spinach Panini is literally just that ham, brie, apple slices, and a couple of baby spinach with homemade honey mustard slathered on one slice of the bread. Use thick slices of bread if you'll.

I love Easter leftovers especially the ham and potatoes. Every holiday I make my Cheesy Potatoes with Bacon and Leeks I usually make extra because they always disappear quickly and therefore the leftovers are very fashionable.

Of course we always make a bigger ham than we'd like for an equivalent reason. We love our leftovers here!

With Easter this weekend, this panini may be a good way to spend a number of your leftover Easter ham! in fact, you'll use deli ham also.

Ham Brie Apple And Spinach Panini

  • ham, 4-5 thin slices
  • brie, several slices
  • 2 slices thick sliced bread
  • apple, several slices, thinly sliced
  • baby spinach, handful
  • homemade Honey Mustard
  • olive oil
  1. Layer ham, brie, apple and spinach on one slice of bread; slather honey mustard on the inside of the second slice.
  2. Brush outside of sandwich with olive oil.
  3. Place in panini press and cook evenly on both sides until brie has melted.
