Payday Fudge

Peanut butter fudge stuffed with peanuts and candy (of all things) tastes similar to a PayDay!

If you’re a fan of paste, peanuts which chewy candy center that day candy bars have, then this is often the fudge for you.

Payday Fudge

For example, if you add peanuts to candy you get a day candy. And, if you add candy and peanuts to paste fudge, it tastes like day Fudge. If that’s not imaginary being magic, I don’t understand what's.

The beauty of doing this with candy is that the candy doesn’t very style like anything; it absorbs the paste flavor of the fudge and apart from seeing it you’d ne'er comprehend it was in there.

Payday Fudge

  •  1/2 cup creamy peanut butter
  •  1 14 ounces can sweetened condensed milk
  •  1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  •  12 ounces white chocolate chips
  •  1 1/2 cups peanuts — regular or honey roasted, divided
  •  1 1/2 cups candy corn — divided

  1. Assemble all ingredients. Line an 8x8” or 9x9” pan with foil and spray with cooking spray.
  2. Place white chocolate chips, peanut butter, and sweetened condensed milk in a medium saucepan. Heat over low heat, stirring often, until melted and smooth.
  3. Remove from heat and stir in vanilla. Working quickly, stir in 1 cup each of the candy corn and peanuts. Quickly spread in prepared pan and top with remaining candy corn and peanuts; press to adhere them to the top.
  4. Let fudge cool to room temperature, then chill to set. Cut into squares. Store in an airtight container at room temperature.
