Cantaloupe Blueberry And Prosciutto Summer Salad

Cantaloupe, blueberries, and prosciutto plus mozzarella, basil, mint, and the most effective tasty dressing to tie all of it together for this exquisite summery salad!
Are you someone who likes to make new things for potlucks or do you want to paste on your tried-and-proper recipes? I’d say I lean toward making new matters due to the fact 1) meals blogger dispositions and 2) I just love making new things.

Even as I made something comparable up on the cabin this summer once I made Foodie crush’s Cantaloupe Caprese Salad, I determined to jazz it up a little with a few blueberries and additionally changed up the dressing a chunk resulting in this Cantaloupe Blueberry and Prosciutto summer time Salad.

INGREDIENTS :
- 8 ounces blueberries, washed
- 8 ounces pearl mozzarella balls
- 1/4 cup freshly chopped basil
- 3 tablespoons freshly chopped mint
- 10 slices prosciutto, cut into bite-sized pieces
- 1 cantaloupe, scooped with a melon baller or just cut into bite-sized pieces
For the dressing:
- 1/4 cup olive oil
- 2 tablespoons agave nectar
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
- 1/4 teaspoon pepper
- 1 tablespoon white wine vinegar
INSTRUCTIONS :
- Combine cantaloupe, blueberries, mozzarella, and herbs.
- Make dressing by combining in a small mason jar and shaking well.
- Pour over salad and stir well to combine.
- Add prosciutto and toss.
- Serve and enjoy!
