Apricot Rosemary Lemonade

Apricot Rosemary Lemonade

This apricot rosemary fruit drink is created with recent lemons+water, and so you basically produce Associate in Nursing apricot rosemary sweet, break down the apricots, and so strain them through a fine mesh filter before adding them to the fruit drink. It’s very easy to form, and a pleasant very little modification from regular fruit drink. 

Like with most recipes, be happy to regulate to style. Lemons have a stronger flavor than apricots, therefore it’s a gentle apricot rosemary flavor, however I found it to be good.

Apricot Rosemary Lemonade

  • Water
  • 3 lemons

For the compote:

  • 2 tsp fresh rosemary
  • 2 tbsp granulated sugar
  • 1/4 cup water
  • 7 apricots, cut into bite-size pieces


  1. Begin by making the compote: add chopped apricots, rosemary, sugar, and water to a saucepan over high heat. Bring to a boil, and then reduce heat to a simmer, using a wooden spoon to crush the apricots, creating an apricot compote.
  2. Allow the compote to simmer on low heat for approximately 10 minutes, and then strain compote through a fine mesh strainer and into a large pitcher.
  3. Add fresh lemon juice from 3 lemons to the pitcher, and then fill the rest of the pitcher with water.
  4. Stir lemonade and enjoy!
